Grid Sieve Problem: The Grid Sieve was previously made from steel and was assembled in one piece, this meant each rod had to be masked to avoid paint coverage. This was not just expensive it wasn’t always successful either and paint would find a way through the mask and onto the bars, putting the sieve out of tolerance. The customer also had complaints regarding the sieve's short life due to no rust proofing. Solution: Grid Sieve has been redesigned to be made in two pieces, one painted and the other is now Stainless Steel hence the customers tight tolerance is no longer a problem and neither is rust!
